About ExportPallets.co.uk

ExportPallets.co.uk is a trading name of Palletmove Ltd. It exists because UK exporters kept asking the same questions about pallets, marks and paperwork — and kept getting confident answers that were not accurate.

Why this site exists

Since the UK left the EU, and more recently since the EU packaging regulation started generating supplier questionnaires, the volume of pallet questions has grown sharply. Much of what circulates in response is wrong: that used pallets are banned, that an ISPM15 stamp proves packaging conformity, that every pallet needs a declaration of conformity, that any 1200 x 800 pallet is an EPAL pallet.

None of those are true, and each of them costs someone money. We built this site to answer the questions carefully, cite the sources, and supply the pallets where we can help.

What we do

  • Publish sourced, reviewed guidance on ISPM15, EU packaging regulation and pallet choice.
  • Supply export pallets to UK exporters through Palletmove.
  • Review photographs of pallets and marks so you know what you are actually holding, and read customer questionnaires so you know which parts you can honestly answer.

What we do not do

We do not certify pallets, issue compliance approvals, act as a customs agent, or give legal advice. A photo review is preliminary product guidance about what we can see. Where the answer carries real commercial or legal risk, take specialist advice.

The relationship with Palletmove

ExportPallets.co.uk is the specialist export-facing brand. Palletmove Ltd is the company behind it, and is the contracting party for any supply. More on the company on the Palletmove page.

How we write

Every regulatory page carries a review date, a named reviewer role and links to the primary sources. Where a position depends on your supply chain, we say so instead of rounding it to a simple answer. Our editorial and sources policy sets out the rules we hold ourselves to, and how we assess enquiries explains what happens after you send one.

Tell us where it's going and we'll help you choose

Send your destination, pallet size, quantity and deadline, or upload photographs of the pallets and marks you already have. A person reads every enquiry.
