ExportPallets.co.uk is a trading name of Palletmove Ltd.

The relationship, plainly

Palletmove Ltd is the company. ExportPallets.co.uk is the public specialist brand it uses for export pallet work — the guidance, the tools and the enquiries you see on this site. When you place an order or enter an agreement, you are contracting with Palletmove Ltd.

We use a separate brand for this because export pallet questions are their own discipline. ISPM15, EU packaging documentation and provenance evidence are not the same conversation as everyday pallet supply, and it seemed more useful to give that conversation its own home.

Who you are dealing with

Enquiries sent through this site are read by people at Palletmove. Replies come from help@exportpallets.co.uk. If we cannot help with something, we will say so rather than take the enquiry anyway.

On claims we do not make

You will not find invented accreditations, fleet photographs, facility tours, staff counts, testimonials or statistics on this site. If a detail is not confirmed, it is not published. That restraint is deliberate: the whole point of the site is that you can rely on what it says.
