Who we are
ExportPallets.co.uk is a trading name of Palletmove Ltd. Palletmove Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Contact: help@exportpallets.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you provide: name, company, email, telephone, postcode, destination, pallet requirements, quantity, dates and your message.
- Files you upload: photographs of pallets and marks, and documents such as customer questionnaires.
- Requirement checker answers, where you complete the tool and go on to submit an enquiry.
- Basic technical context: the page you arrived on, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the link, and your browser user agent.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to quote and supply pallets.
- To review photographs and documents you have asked us to look at.
- To keep a record of enquiries and quotations.
- To protect the forms from automated abuse.
Our lawful bases are generally your consent when you submit the form, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our systems, and the performance of a contract where you go on to order.
Uploads
Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage that is not publicly accessible, and are read only by people handling your enquiry. Please remove personal, financial or unrelated information from documents before uploading — we do not need it and would rather not hold it.
Sharing
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We use service providers to host this website, store enquiry records and uploads, and deliver email. They process data on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry records and uploads are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting supply, and to meet business and legal record-keeping needs. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we remove it once it no longer serves a purpose.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email help@exportpallets.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this notice when our handling changes, and revise the date at the top of the page.
